Transparent, Time-Based Pricing
We use a simple, time-based billing model so you only pay for the care you need — nothing more.
• $75 for the first 15 minutes
• Billed in 5-minute increments after that
• You are charged only for the time spent with your provider

Using Your Insurance Benefits
While we do not bill insurance directly, we help you make the most of your benefits:
• For primary care and same-day appointments a detailed receipt is provided for possible reimbursement for deductible application
• HSA and FSA payments accepted

Programs & Pricing
In addition to time-based visits, we offer structured health programs that are priced separately.
These programs may include extended support over time, medication, and follow-up through a combination of telehealth, and communication through email and test between visits.
Programs are designed to provide structure, continuity, and clear direction over time.

Labs, Testing & Referrals
We help coordinate care both inside and outside our clinic:
• In-office testing (i.e. strep, influenza, COVID, urinalysis): $25
• Referrals for labs, imaging, and specialty care when needed
• Coordination with facilities that accept your insurance
We also work to identify cost-effective options for testing when appropriate.
